I think it's a VERY wise thing to clear out your account from time to time in order to use your winnings for good.
One of my friends said he was quitting online poker because "you play to lose", which I had no problem identifying with.
But from that point on, I've pulled out even the smallest of winnings ($50 minimums) to pay for random things around the house or to put into a real bank account for vacations, etc.
