Since a PWC employee and an alumnus make up 1/2 of the bloggers here, I think we can say that we stand by that opinion..
but it is off-track. The PwC report on PP relates specifically to the randomness of the shuffle only. There are plenty of opportunities for irregularity beyond the shuffle.
Anyway, the sites aren't rigged. Players might cheat, but the sites have every incentive to run a clean game.
