I won $1,075 playing $5-$5 NL at Northside. It took almost 5 hours of hunkering down and riding out the storm of cold cards. Then the sun rose again, the cards started coming, and I started scooping pots.
McAndrew just busted my balls for neglecting to mention that he also won $950 in that game.
On one hand he flopped a set of fives, turned a full house (55544), and rivered quads. When the action was finished, he politely told the other guy, "I got lucky and caught quads on the river."
