Little off topic.....Im going to Vegas in a few weeks and am thinking about playing the $540 at Bellagio and the $330 at the Wynn. Anyone know how long these usually last, how many chips you get etc?
Also any good small blind (2-5) NL games I should know about?

I use the following resources for tournament info:
As to your specific questions, the $540 at the Bellagio no longer exists, as far as I know. It is only the $1,000 (+$80?) tournament from now on. The Wynn was built after I was last there, perhaps Junell knows.
Regarding $2-$5 NL, you can of course find it just about anywhere, but I mainly played at the Bellagio and found the action to be to my liking. Sit down early in the day and waste away the day waiting for a dream hand and hope to win something. But it is mainly rocks during the day. As the night progresses, the players getting more maniacal. By 4:00 a.m. they are outright insane. However, I do think that it is (based on experience!) dangerous to have too large a stack against these maniacs. The buy-in is $200 and if you are sitting on $1,000, you should cash out and come back 30 minutes later. There is very little upside to putting that much at risk given the standard deviaition associated with playing with maniacs.
Plenty ot $1-$2 NL at Alladin and Bally's, too.
