Kudos to JohnnyMac for bringing up a topic that has long been considered taboo among men. Style!!



I for one would love to see all you guys start dressing with a little panache and flair. Here are some comments to be appended to the wonderful points made by JohnnyMac:



No one did it better than Orville.

Not only did he make the world a better place through delicious buttered popcorn, he also knew the significance looking good.

Everytime he put on a bowtie, Orville brought his "A-game" Enough said.





It's never too early to start wearing a bowtie (as seen in this picture of JohnnyMac's first day of school.)










It helps attract the ladies!










Robert Goulet should be in the bow-tie hall of fame. Damn, he looks good!!










How could a million clowns be wrong??








You think we'd be having all these problems with Iraq, Bird Flu, Al Queda, Immigration, Homicide, Ozone layer, and Brittney Spears driving in the front seat with babies, if we dressed with a little more class??

Well, Bob's wearing an ugly jacket (refer to the post about Conan).

The black guy isn't wearing a black tie - shiny metallic ties are NOT proper in any context, unless you are MC Hammer or maybe in the wedding band.

Orville actually was pretty stylish.

I don't get the clown joke.

And aside from Orville, it looks like none of those ties in that picture are actually self-tied.

I can write a whole disposition on socks and belts, too, if you want!

Fro- you might notice that I put "fashion" in quotes. I did this in gleeful mockery of J's ridiculous obsession with "style."

J- I hesitate to even engage you in this dumb debate again, but I must. You only think that wearing a watch with a tuxedo looks "awful" because someone told you that it looks "awful." Silly sheep. Baaa.
