This may be the most memorable and significant hand in the history of poker. What I can never get over was not just that a pro got bluffed in this spot, it was Sammy Farha, the coolest cat in poker. You just can't bluff that guy! Well, I guess you can.

The more you learn about the game, the greater the realization that plays like these take/took place everyday and during every tournament.

It was simply a perfect storm for Moneymaker that year. Going back in history, I'm sure there are some amatuers from early 2000's kicking themselves about that one big hand that could have propelled them to where Moneymaker got.

The only reason it is considered a bluff of the century is because of when it happened (heads up for it all), and because Sammy folded.

Same old story...if Sammy calls, Moneymaker is an idiot and Sammy's a genius.
